The food was excellent with a lot of options.

Incredibly beautiful and impressive place, public parking, kind staff. Impressive & immaculate unit with interior decor, the bathroom plus wonderful views. Quick check in and exceptional service. The hotel of choice in New York.

My double room was spotless and vintage with a view. The breakfast was savoury and tasty, there was lots of food to chose from. Its location happy to get you a cab to wherever was great and incredible.

great vibe but noisy mornings

The lobby is fine and cute. The bath products used in the room were high quality and really enhanced my stay.

The thin walls allowed me to hear neighbors during their morning routines.

Staff is polite and welcoming and you can park your car nearby. The rooms here are cheap and relaxing with a plug under a long mirror.

The property seemed clean and the room was terrific. I was there for 7 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, everything was great. Polite and courteous staff who were always there to help. The location was favourable, not very far from Rooftop.

Caffteria at the first level

The location is unbeatable. Everything is within walking distance. The atmosphere in the lobby feels lively and inviting. The room was stylish and very clean, with an awesome shower that had fantastic pressure. It felt luxurious yet cozy. I loved the fun touches like a Martin guitar in the room and a turntable with albums to enjoy. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There were some hiccups. The thermostat in my room malfunctioned, inconvenient. Checking in was a bit rocky as my room wasn't ready when I arrived, despite being past check-in time. I had to wait longer than expected, frustrating. On top of that, I noticed some dusty areas behind the bed and oddities like brown water coming from the tap initially-though it cleared up eventually. It's also worth mentioning that the coffee situation could be better. No machines in the room and I had to head outside for a morning caffeine fix before the coffee bar opened. The hostel vibe and the friendly staff made up for the inconveniences. I would still consider visiting again and hope for a better room next time.

Mordern and funky and too dark but good location

I would like to ask the hotel manager to go to room1100 on the 11th floor and walk in and see what would you do if you stayed in that room The bunk beds every time I sit on the bed to watch tv I keep getting my head on the iron bed frame and have few cuts on my head Its not very comfortable to sit and watch tv and try to drink a glass of wine , why was there no tea coffee sugar and milk and have a kettle and 2 mugs I would like to have a coffee at 6am or 7am in the morning when I wake up The remote control was crap and poor channels THis is a 4 star hotel It should be a 2 star or even 1 star Its not very good but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Bed was very comfortable. Room was a decent size. Hotel is very cool. Location is good. WiFi Room was reasonably quiet.

Choice of TV Channels was limited. TV remote control was not responsive. Room was VERY hot. AC VERY noisy and ineffective Shower was weak. Plug sockets not convenient. Room had no view

shower system was terrible...! since head of the shower was constant, heavy water run to your head. Also there was no seperate cold water and hot water taps,because of this you can only reach to hot water when you open to taps to the end which causes runing of the powerful water to your head.

Location, staff, room decor overall experience!

The rooms were a little stuffy with little option for ventilation.

I had an amazing time at this cool spot—super spacious room and clawfoot tub. The lobby bar was really vibing with great decor! Definitely plan to return!
